Seniors’ Exercise Classes at SJR

“SMART” (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) program is for anyone 55 years and older or any adult living with a disability who wants to improve their strength, balance and mobility through low-impact exercise. Participants work at their own pace, wearing comfortable clothing and supportive shoes. Exercises can be completed seated or standing.

Classes are now running in the Gym at SJR each Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:30am. All who are 55 & older are welcome!

No pre-registration required.
