Thanks to all who participated in the new Photo Directory photo shoots. It will be great to have all your smiling faces to look upon when using the new directory.
For those who were not able to get your photos during the scheduled weeks in August and September, there are still a couple options open for having your photo included in the directory
1/ Attend a photo shoot at another church. There are a few scheduled in the area in November at the following Catholic Churches:
- – St Teresa of Avila – Nov.9-14.
- – St Joseph – Nov 17-21.
- – Another to be determined in later Nov or early Dec.
There is no charge for attending these sessions and your photo will be for our directory only. To make use of this option, please contact Debbie from IPC at 1-800-391-5161 press “0” to arrange timing. Please also let me know if you attend one of these sessions so that I can make sure everything is included in our final directory layout.
2/ Submit your own photo for inclusion in the directory. This option incurs a fee of $14 for the processing of the photo and printing of your copy of the directory. I have contacted the previous photo directory company we used in 2009 and you also have the option of using your previous photo from the last directory. Either way, I would ask that you let me know your intention and pass along the photo you wish to use along with the fee so that I can include them in the final package
I will be cutting off submissions November 30th, so please get me any updates prior to then. If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to call or send me a note..
