St. James-Rosemount United Church (SJRUC), a vibrant and welcoming congregation in Kitchener, is seeking a full-time Ordered Minister of Worship and Outreach. We are also seeking a half-time Ordered or Designated Lay Minister of Pastoral Care and Christian Development.
Since its inception in 1954, SJRUC has been a community church focused on stewardship and spiritual mission and the church boasts a legacy of strong lay leadership and community outreach. With strong leadership from members of our congregation and interim ministry team, SJRUC is emerging from a very difficult time with renewed enthusiasm, and receptiveness to new ideas and approaches to worship. This spirit is reflected in the recent hiring of a dynamic, young organist/music director and an engaging new youth program coordinator.
